Kevin J. King has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company since 2001. Kevin is responsible for numerous national accounts along with the development of new business. From 1993-2000, Kevin served as Director of Sales. In 2011, Kevin was promoted to President of Vista Convention Services.
Darlene Yard has 35 years experience in the trade show business starting in 1972 with United Exposition Services. She was one of the founders of Vista Convention Services in 1993 and is presently Vista's Office Manager.
Theresa Barretta started in 1994 with Vista Convention Services as Sales Coordinator. In 1999, Theresa was promoted to Sales Assistant. She is responsible for preparing and updating all sales material.
Vista Convention Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Brian Schoeffel to our team.
Brian joins Vista with an extensive resume in the Convention and Trade Show Industry. He began his career in 1981 at Resorts International as Convention Service Manage and was promoted to Sales Manager in 1985.
In 1989, he was hired by Bally's Park Place as Convention Sales Manager with a primary focus on the State and Regional Association Markets. Brian was then recruited by Atlantic Expo and was hired as National Sales Director in 1994 and served in that position for 13 years.
Melissa has worked as an Account Executive in Vista’s Atlantic City market for 6 years. She started her career in Atlantic City as a Special Events Intern at Trump Plaza. After which, she spent over 6 years at Marriott Vacation Club International (MVCI); 5 of which focused on event and trade show marketing in the Northeast.
Ray Nelson started in the trade show business in 1969 as a decorator in the Decorators Local #1447 Union. In 1985, he became a business agent for the Union. Ray is one of the founders of Vista Convention Services in 1993 and currently is Vista's Production Supervisor.
Billy Connolly started with United Exposition Services in 1985 in Philadelphia as an Operations Supervisor. He is also an original member and partial owner of Vista Convention Services, serving as Operations Manager since Vista's inception in 1993.
Bob Ardente has served as a lead Production Supervisor and Liaison to Show Management Groups. Bob is also responsible for the custom building and construction of MIS/AGAM displays. Bob joined Vista Convention Services in 1995.
EJ King started with Vista Convention Services in 1993, working in Teamsters Local 331 Union. He was promoted to Manager of Vista's Rug Warehouse and also is responsible for producing some of our largest trade shows.
John Parker started with Vista Convention Services in 1995 as Production & Design Supervisor. John specializes in decorating and show floor management.
Dave Venezia started with Vista Convention Services in June 2002 working in our Accounting Department. David also works as Operations Supervisor on some of our larger Trade Shows.
AutoCAD and Draftsman
Ed Ardente is Vista Convention Services AutoCAD draftsman. He is responsible for the AutoCAS drawings and custom 3D renderings for both of Vista Convention Services locations (North and South). Ed began as an AutoCAD draftsman when he received his certification in 1999.
Jim McNally has served as General Manager for our Vista Convention Services South's office since 1996. Jim is a 30 year veteran of the Trade Show Industry, previously working for Mancraft Exposition Services and GES Exposition Services.
Amilda (Millie) Rosario started with United Exposition Services as a Data Entry Operator and went on in September of 1996 to work for Vista Convention Services South as a Customer Service Rep. Promoted to Office Manager in November of 2003.

Vivian Garcia has prior experience in Customer Service for Ryder Truck Rental and with The Miami Herald. Employed with Vista South since October 19, 1999, has worked in all aspects of operations including cleaning, graphics department, carpeting, drape room, material handling/shipping, and receiving. Promoted to Customer Service and became an Assistant to the Director of Sales. Currently working as an Account Executive.
Jeff Stevens is a graduate of the University of Florida with over 25 years of experience in the S. Florida market with Freeman Decorating and Show Management C.S.
Jorge Hernandez started with Vista Convention Services South in 2000 as Production Supervisor. He started in the convention business in 1993 with Gelco Convention Services. Jore is experienced in Sigh Shop production and mis/agam displays & floor set-up. He is responsible for setting & dismantling of trade shows in Dade/Broward/Palm beaches & West Coast of Florida.
Director of Sales
Anthony Montanaro has been named Director of Sales. He previously worked for the Golden Inn and Quality Hotel Bayside Resort as Director of Sales. Anthony has been in the hospitality business for over 13 years.
Jacquelene Bonfiglio joined the Vista Team in February 2010 taking on the position of Sales Coordinator in their new office located outside of the Philadelphia Convention Center. She works closely with the Associations making sure that their needs and requests are followed to their specifications to make their show a success. She also handles customer service, prior to the show and on show site, to exhibitors making sure exhibiting needs are met allowing for a successful exhibiting experience.
She received her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Advertising from Rowan University (2008.)
